GMR swaps 30% holding in Indonesia-listed firm

With a view to providing increased visibility in terms on investors community GMR Infrastructure has swapped its 30 per cent holding in a coal mining company that is listed in Indonesia to another company listed in Singapore. The Singapore-listed United Fibre System is an entity owned by the Indonesian group, in which GMR had acquired the stake.
