Gujarat NRE Coke allots equity shares

The committee of the board of directors of Gujarat NRE Coke in its meeting on May 10 has issued and alloted 49.81 million B class equity shares of Rs 10 each.

This is pursuant to the bonus issue in the ratio of 1 B class equity share of Rs 10 each for every 10 equity shares held by the shareholders.

Consequently, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from Rs 498.19 crore to Rs 548.01 crore respectively, it said.
