Nayyar is exec-VC of both Tech M and Mahindra Satyam
C P Gurnani was today appointed CEO of Mahindra Satyam — the new brand identity of Satyam Computer Services — while Sanjay Kalra was made CEO of Tech Mahindra. Besides, S Durga Shankar was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mahindra Satyam while Vineet Nayyar takes over as Executive Vice-Chairman for Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam.

His efforts have been vital to the company’s recovery, and he will continue to play a crucial role on Mahindra Satyam’s leadership team.”
