HDFC Realty to launch online realty auctions

Realty, the real estate broking arm of HDFC group, has tied up with www.iBidmyHome.com to launch a multi-property online home auction.
The internet gateway will allow home buyers to bid for homes from property developers, at below property prices.
The initial launch of this initiative will see projects in Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi.
The auctions will have features such as pre-screening of projects/developers, real time auction statistics, online bid submissions , pricing insights, it said.
