Independent director quits Orbit Corp

Kuldip Bhargava, an independent director on the board of Orbit Corporation has resigned, the company said.

The company was recently in news for defaulting payments to LIC Housing Finance. The company last week appointed Ramashray Yadav as joint CEO of the company.

The company's stock was trading at Rs 13.10, nearly 3.3% up from previous close.

Bhargava is managing director of Quality Foils Pvt Ltd and promoter-director in Quality Stainless.
