Jindal Saw Q4 net profit up by 50%

Pipe manufacturer Jindal Saw today said its net profit rose by 49.73 per cent to Rs 170.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2009, over the same period in the previous fiscal.

Total income declined to Rs 1,373.53 crore for the fourth quarter (Q4) ended December, against Rs 1,548.82 crore for the same period previous fiscal, Jindal Saw said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
