Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, a Hyderabad-based IT services and solutions company, has reported a 108.65 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 10.12 crore for the second quarter ended December 2015, as against Rs 4.85 crore registered during the same period last year. The company follows the July-June financial year.
Revenues of the company stood at Rs 116.5 crore during the quarter under review, as compared with Rs 45.42 in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal, reflecting a growth of 156.49 per cent.
Kellton today boasts of marquee customers including Coca-Cola Company and Wal-Mart Stores Inc from the just concluded acquisition of US-based cloud and analytics services provider Bokanyi Consulting, the company said in a press release.
"This is traditionally a weak quarter due to holiday season, but we were able to sustain the momentum and close the quarter with solid performance. Meanwhile, we are also in the process of integrating Bokanyi," said Kellton Tech founder and chairman Niranjan Chintam.
Kellton Tech's scrip ended the trade at Rs 223.60 on the BSE on Monday, down 0.09 per cent, over the previous close of Rs 223.80 per share.
