Kingfisher Airlines to raise Rs 7,500 cr

In a postal ballot, the shareholders of Kingfisher Airlines have authorised board of directors of the company to borrow up to Rs 7,500 crore.

They also approved securitisation of assets to borrow the money, the company said in a release to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
