Logix Microsystems promoter pledges 4 lakh shares

Logix Microsystems’ promoter Sanjay Soni has pledged 4,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each with State Bank of Mysore.

The pledging was as collateral security against the funding for working capital of the company, Logix Microsystems informed Bombay Stock Exchange today.
