Mahindra Satyam must appear before CBDT in 2 weeks: SC

Supreme Court (SC) asks Mahindra Satyam to appear before CBDT in I-T dispute case within 2 weeks.

SC asks Mahindra Satyam chairman to file undertaking on bank guarantee in 48 hrs for defreezing of their bank account. SC directs the company to furnish Rs 617 crore in bank guarantee by April 25.

At 1304 hours, the shares of Mahindra Satyam were trading up 1.51% at Rs 77.35 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
