Malaysian firm, India developer sign JV

UEM Construction Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian construction major and OPUS Properties Ltd, a realty company, today announced a equal joint venture between them to carry out the business of infrastructure works and building construction works for various projects across the country.

The JV will start its operations with Danat-A-Pearl, a gated community in National Capital Region of Delhi, which will be spread over 500 acres.
