MIC Electronics director resigns

Khosla served as non-executive independent director of MIC Electronics since Aug 22, 2006

MIC Electronics Limited, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of LED (light-emitting diode) lighting and display systems, today said that its director Somendra Khosla has resigned from his post, the company said in a filing to the Exchange.

Khosla served as non-executive independent director of MIC Electronics since August 22, 2006. The company has informed BSE that the board of directors vide circular resolution dated February 27, 2013, accorded their consent for the resignation.

The company's scrip is currently trading at Rs 4.60 on BSE, down 1.29 per cent over the previous close of Rs 4.66.
