MMTC's sets up sales point for Akshaya Tritiya

MMTC Limited, a Government of India enterprise, has announced its plans to sell gold coins on the occasion of ‘Akshaya Tritiya’ on May 6 at its sub regional office at Chittoor Road, Ernakulam.  

MMTC has already commenced acceptance of advance booking and has also been offering a special discount of  0.5 per cent  for denominations upto 50 grams valid till May 10.

The corporation has been in retail sale of gold coins conforming to 999 / 9999 purity in various denominations ranging from 0.5 gram to 100 grams, a press release said.
