Motherson Sumi net up 50% in Q1

Auto component manufacturer Motherson Sumi Systems posted a consolidated net profit increase of 50% during the quarter ended June 30, 2013 at Rs 58.8 crore as against Rs 39.2 crore posted in the same period last year.

Net sales rose 12% at Rs 7,013 crore during the period as compared to Rs 6,277 crore posted in the corresponding period last year.
