IT firm Mphasis today reported a 15.30% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 184.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
The figure stood at Rs 160.2 crore for the same quarter last year, Mphasis said in a BSE filing.
Net sales for the quarter under review came in at Rs 1,557.46 crore, up 6.30% from Rs 1,464.87 crore in the year-ago period.
Overall expenses during the quarter were at Rs 1,340.86 crore as against Rs 1,275.03 crore in the same quarter a year ago, an increase of 5.16%.
The stock were trading at Rs 459.45, up 9.89% from its previous close, on BSE.
