NEWSALERT: Jindal Saw to consider share split on Oct 15

Pipe manufacturer Jindal Saw today said its board will meet October 15 to consider the proposal of splitting the face value of equity shares of the company.     

The board would also consider the quarterly financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, Jindal Saw said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
