Nissan Copper to consider stock split

Nissan Copper  in a statement today, said its board will consider the stock split of one equity share of Rs 10 each of the company into 10 equity shares of Rs 1 each.

The company's board is meeting on 15 July for the purpose.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company's shares were trading weak at Rs 49.10, down 4.94 per cent at IST 1232.
