Orchid Pharma posts net loss of Rs 69 cr in Q2

Total operating income stands at Rs 211 cr

Orchid Pharma Ltd has posted a net loss of Rs 68.94 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2015, as compared to the net profit of Rs 271.94 crore during the same quarter of previous fiscal year.

The total operating income stood at Rs 210.82 crore during the quarter, as against Rs 174.99 crore during the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year, an increase of 20.5%.

During the quarter ended September 30, last year, the net profit included an extra-ordinary income of Rs 318.8 crore, said the company.
