Paul Wrider joins DisneyUTV Digital as Director: Game Design

DisneyUTV Digital has appointed Paul Joseph Wrider as Director – Game Design for its gaming business in the country. Wrider comes in with over 10 years of extensive global experience in the gaming industry.

Prior to DisneyUTV, he was the lead game designer at FunMobility, the social mobile entertainment company based in the US. He has also worked with gaming companies like Digital Chocolate (one of the leading game developers on Facebook), Storm8 (leading developer of social games for iPhone and Android) and Zynga, where he launched the first Facebook based, fully 3D massively multiplayer online (MMO) game ‘Guild of Heroes’ and worked on other popular titles like Mafia Wars and Vampires.

 

Based out of Mumbai, Wrider will lead the Game Design team and will be responsible for developing new Ips for the company.
