Promoter group co buys into Shree Ram Urban

Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure today said that its promoter group company Vidhi Holdings has acquired 1.2% in the company in a open market transaction.

Vidhi acquired 650 shares at Rs 144.60 apiece, Shree Ram Urban said.

On BSE, the company's stocks dipped 0.03% to Rs 148.50 at 1325 hours.
