Rahul Bajaj says dispute is over

Rahul Bajaj-led faction has said it had come to an amicable settlement with Shishir Bajaj-led group, which ended the dispute between over the Bajaj group companies.

The Bajaj Group share holding in Bajaj Hindusthan and Bajaj Consumer Care is now with Shishir Bajaj and the promoter share holding of all other group companies are now with him and his three supporting cousins.
