RIL to announce Q1 results on July 25

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries, India's biggest company by market value, will announce its first quarter results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 on July 25.

"The Board of Directors of the company will meet on July 25, 2011 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011," Reliance Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Reliance had reported 14% increase in net profit at Rs 5,376 crore in the fourth quarter of the past fiscal.
