Rs 20 cr capital infusion for Aegon Religare Life Insurance

Aegon Religare Life Insurance today said it has made an additional infusion of Rs 20 crore, taking its capital base to Rs 570 crore.

With this infusion, Aegon Religare Life, so far in FY 10 (2009-10) has added Rs 270 crore, the company said in a statement here. 

"The additional infusion is as per the current IRDA guidelines and is in the ratio of 44:26:30 between Religare, Aegon, and Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd, respectively," the company said.
