Sadbhav Engg JV bags order worth Rs 1,571 cr

Sadbhav Engineering today said its consortium has bagged an order worth Rs 1,571 crore from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation for modernisation and computerisation of border check posts.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said its consortium by the name of joint venture known as 'Sadbhav-Srei-Srei Sahaj consortium' has received the order from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation worth Rs 1,571-crore.

Further, the consortium has been awarded the project on build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis in the ratio of 51:39:10 respectively. The concession period of the project is 24 years and six months, inclusive of construction period of 18 months, it added.

 

Shares of Sadbhav Engineering were trading at Rs 300 on the BSE today.
