Sathguru launches tablet-based POS solution for restaurants

REPOS will reduce wait times, increase table turns, enable restaurant operations to increase revenue, efficiency

Sathguru Management Consultants, a Hyderabad-based provider of vertical ERP products, on Wednesday launched RESPOS, a tablet-based full-service point-of-sale (POS) solution designed for restaurants.

Built with the objective of bringing traditional restaurant POS protocols to a tablet device, thereby facilitating customer service on the move, the Android-based table solution includes functionalities such as table reservation, order split to different destinations, order-ready alerts, loyalty management, definition of standard recipe and billing.

“RESPOS will reduce wait times, increase table turns, and enable restaurant operations to increase revenue and efficiency,” Kannan Ragunathan, director of Sathguru, said in a press release.
