Shree Cement January sales up 18%

Shree Cement today reported 17.66 per cent increase in sales for January 2010 at 8.82 lakh tonnes.

The company had sold 7.49 lakh tonnes cement in the same month last year, it said in a statement here.

During the April-January period of the current fiscal, Shree Cement's sales increased by 23.81 per cent to 76.52 lakh tonnes, against 61.8 lakh tonnes in the same period last fiscal.
