Siemens to sell IT biz to parent's 100% subsidiary

Siemens Ltd announced on Friday that it will divest its entire stake in its subsidiary Siemens Information Systems to Siemens Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of the parent Siemens AG, subject to receipt requisite consents and approvals.
