Information technology (IT) services and solutions provider, SPI, today said it has acquired Arkansa-based Shiloh Technologies, which provides analytic software for retailers and suppliers. SPI did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.
“This acquisition was strategic, allowing us to extend our product portfolio to provide point-of-sales (POS) analytics from retailers to their suppliers,”Sid Mookerji, chief executive officer and co-founder of SPI said. “It also provides Shiloh clients with the opportunity to leverage our global services and products--providing both companies with endless opportunities.”
Shiloh has a suit of tools that enable fine-tuning of data and maximising return on investments for retail clients, SPI said in a release. Shiloh helps in optimizing the value of data for retail clients through a locally-installed platform or within a secure cloud environment.
