Real estate company Supertech has awarded Rs 500 crore contract to UAE’s Arabian Construction Company (ACC) for the construction of first phase of its project Hues in Gurgaon.
Hues is a part of 70 acre Group Housing Residential development project located in Sector 68, Gurgaon, the company said.
Supertech has awarded this contract to ACC for carrying out construction work with special construction technology, known as ‘Tunnel Form Technology’, which will ensure project completion in 30 months.
The technology will help to achieve the slab cycle of 3-4 days and to complete one tower of G+28 floors in eight months. Also, it will reduce dependence on large number of labour.
All the towers in the project will be earthquake resistant RCC Structures and all safety measures will be used in the construction of the entire project. Architectural and Structural Designs for the towers in the project has been customized to suit the Tunnel Form Shuttering system.
ACC is also constructing another project Supernova in Noida.
