TalentEdge, an education company that was acquired by Gurgaon-based private equity player Lumis Partners in February last year, is looking for acquisitions in India and abroad over the next six months. Apart from the inorganic growth, the company is also looking at expanding its presence with an investment of Rs 40 crore in two years. It would acquire companies in the same or newer domains. “We are in discussion with a few players and expect to close a few deals in the next one-six months,” Aditya Malik, chief executive officer of TalentEdge, said.
The company has presence across 12 countries in Africa and West Asia regions, and is planning to enter newer geographies, including Saarc (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries.
