The Singapore government's investment vehicle Temasek Holdings today said it reduced its stake in ICICI Bank to 5.9 per cent.
Temasek Holdings has cut its in stake in ICICI Bank to 5.9 per cent, constituting 6.56 crore shares, from 8.3 per cent it held in September, it said in a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Temasek holds stake in ICICI Bank through its affiliate Allamanda Investments and the government of Sinagapore.
The filing added that the holding was calculated on the basis of Temasek's stake at the end of September quarter.
