Thinkcell acquires online test-prep firm

Thinkcell Learning Solutions Private Limited, formerly Gateforum Educational Services, has acquired Enabilon Learning, which offers its test preparation packages through Testfunda.com.

Testfunda is an online aptitude test-prep focusing on MBA and bank test-prep market. It is backed by over 6 lakh registered users and 250 institutional partners, according to a press release.

With the acquisition of Testfunda, the company has now been structured into 4 verticals for GATE preparation, for preparing students from 8-12 science division for JEE and medical entrance, for education abroad and for on-line MBA and bank test preparation market, according to the company.
