With an aim to foster budding entrepreneurs in Gujarat, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Ahmedabad has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian Angel Network (IAN).
As part of the MoU, TiE will avail expertise of IAN, one of the oldest angel investor networks in the country in order to mentor upcoming entrepreneurs while the latter will get an exposure into business prospects through TiE Ahmedabad.
The MoU was signed between Padmaja Ruparel, president, IAN and Rajan Vasa, president, TiE Ahmedabad.
Talking about the MoU, Vasa said, "TiE's philosophy is to help entrepreneurs to convert their ideas in becoming successful and profitable ventures. The MoU with IAN will help us supporting entrepreneurs in business planning, mentoring, educating and networking. TiE Ahmedabad intends to bring various opportunities to the budding entrepreneur of Gujarat through diverse programs."
Meanwhile, Ruparel also met some TiE members for one-on-one mentoring session while some members also got a chance to pitch their ideas to her directly.
