In a bid to boost further growth among city-based start-ups, the Ahmedabad chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) is organising a mentoring programme in association with Lead Angels, an investor group. Under the program, the not-for-profit network of entrepreneurs has identified 10 start-ups which will be provided mentoring in business acceleration and funding raising.
"TiE's mission is to foster entrepreneurs through education, networking and mentoring. Hence, the program looks at engaging investors and start-ups, apart from providing a mentoring platform to the latter. As a result of the event, we hope participating start-ups will stay focused and their chances of success will be high," said Neha Sheth, president of TiE's Ahmedabad chapter.
Within the program, the participating start-ups will not only receive free Mentoring from one or more mentors for a period of six months, but also an opportunity to present to Lead Angels Network investors in Ahmedabad & Mumbai.
