Triveni board meeting on March 12
Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd today said that its board meeting will be held on March 12 to consider the demerger of company's steam turbine business into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The stock was trading at Rs 123, almost flat to Wednesday's closing.
