Union Bank seeks to operate in Australia, Belgium

Union Bank Of India is seeking licences to open branches in Australia and Belgium and has received the Reserve Bank of India's nod to set up a subsidiary in the UK, its chairman said on Friday.

The lender expects FY12 net interest margins at 3.1%, M V Nair told reporters.
