Voltas board appoints Sanjay Johri as CEO-Designate

Tata Group firm Voltas today said it has appointed Sanjay Johri as the Chief Executive Officer- Designate with effect from November 30, 2009.

Johri, who is currently the President on the board of the company has been designated as the CEO, Voltas said in a filing to the BSE. Johri would take over as the Managing Director of the company upon retirement of incumbent A Soni on April 22, 2010, the filing said.
