Walmart to firm up plans on retail foray in 45 days

The American retail giant Walmart Stores is expected to firm up plans for its Indian retail foray in the next 30-45 days, after considering various options with regard to the local partner, including Bharti, the existing joint venture partner of the current wholesale cash-and-carry format Best Price among other things.
