Warbug Pincus-backed Capillary Technologies to expand into newer markets

The Bengaluru-based company, which derives 60% of its revenue from international markets, is also deepening its presence in China

Strengthening its global footprint, Warbug Pincus and Sequoia-backed customer engagement and retail solutions firm Capillary Technologies will be expanding to new markets like Vietnam, Philippines and Turkey by the end of this year.

The Bengaluru-based company, which derives 60 per cent of its revenue from international markets, is also deepening its presence in China. Currently it has two offices in the country, one located in Shanghai and a support centre in Hunan. “We have already opened an office in Guangzhou and will be opening another one in Beijing by September,” said Aneesh Reddy, co-founder chief executive officer, Capillary Technologies. With China as its biggest international market, the company has a team of 40 staff there.
