Army closes Pathribal case

The army has closed the infamous Pathribal encounter case, saying it has found no evidence against its men.
This drew angry reaction from Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who said he plans to take the issue up with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
Omar said it was ironic that there was a case in which the Central Bureau of Investigation found five army personnel guilty but the army claimed it could not find any evidence.
