CP 5th most costliest global office market

At nearly $157 (Rs 10,048) a square feet (sqft) per annum, Delhi's central business district (CBD) of Connaught Place is ranked the fifth most-expensive prime office market in the world, according to a survey by property consultant, CBRE. Mumbai's alternative business district Bandra-Kurla Complex is ranked 15th, while Nariman Point is at the 30th position on the top 50 list of global prime office properties.
