ED questions Robert Vadra aide in 'money laundering' for London property

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has begun questioning Manoj Arora in connection with a money-laundering probe against Robert Vadra, a businessman and brother-in-law of Congress president Rahul Gandhi.

Officials said Arora was questioned by the investigating officer of the case on Monday and twice last week during which his statement was recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Arora is an employee of Vadra's firm Skylight Hospitality LLP. He is being probed for allegations of money laundering in the purchase of a London property which is worth 1.9 million pounds and is allegedly owned by Vadra.
