Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday while interacting with members of minority communities said that he was busy uniting people from all communities to make each partner in progress of the state.
Talking to the group, Modi said that Gujarat has kept itself free for the last 12 years from the dangers of the vote bank politics which could divide the nation.
“I am busy uniting the entire population of the society around the process of development, irrespective of their caste and community, with a view to make each one of them partners of progress, which alone could absolve the nation from the poisonous cycle of vote bank politics,” he said.

Modi also gave details of the steps taken by the state government to make the state an educational hub which is needed for the human resources development. He said that state has opened the doors of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) trained youth to higher education.
"Efforts are on to let students studying in the state getting degrees of foreign universities," he added.
