West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today congratulated Indian gymnast Dipa Karmakar for qualifying to the women's individual vault final at Rio Olympics.
"Congratulations to #DipaKarmakar for her good performance at #Rio2016 Best of luck for final. You make us proud," Banerjee tweeted.
