Armed Maoists blew up a secondary school building at a village in Jamui district of Bihar, the police said today.
About 50 armed Maoists raided Bhojhayat village late last night and detonated a power explosive to blow up the government secondary school building, the police said.
The ultras also set on fire the furniture and other equipment of the school, they said.
A case has been registered in this connection and raids were on to nab those Maoists involved in explosion.
