NCLT allows MCA to appoint statutory auditors to IL&FS Financial Services

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has allowed the ministry of corporate affairs (MCA) to appoint Mukund M Chitale & Co the statutory auditor for IL&FS Financial Services (IFIN). IFIN, in its board meeting, 

had appointed Mukund M Chitale & Co the statutory auditor for the company.
