Sunanda Pushkar found dead in Delhi hotel

HRD minister of state Shashi Tharoor's wife, Sunanda Pushkar was found dead at the Leela Palace, a plush hotel in the Capital on the evening of January 17. She was 52.
Her death comes a day after the twitter controversy involving the posting of tweets of a very personal nature on Tharoor's account.
According to television reports, Pushkar had claimed that she was suffering from Lupus, an auto-immune disease that can attack any part of the body. However, the actual cause of death was yet to be ascertained as the time of filing this report. According to television reports, the body will be sent for post mortem soon.
Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar, with whom Pushkar had had a spat, expressed shock and grief on learning of her demise.
