Ajay Kumar Singh is new DG and IGP

Ajay Kumar Singh, has been appointed the new director general of police and inspector general of police in Karnataka.

He is presently the DGP (Corps of Detectives) and will take over from the present DGP Srikumar, who is retiring on January 31.
