The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi)-Sahara tussle is nearing the climax, as the SC is likely to decide on a contempt petition filed by Sebi. According to Sebi, Sahara has been wilfully disobeying the Sebi order to refund over Rs 24,029 crore to some 29 million investors
