Cambridge IGCSE gets recognition

Students holding Cambridge IGCSE, an international curriculum offered by the University of Cambridge International Examinations, will now be able to join any pre-university college in Karnataka with the state government recognising the qualification.

The recognition was given by the Department of Pre-University Education in Karnataka. The curriculum is for the students in the age group of 14-16 years. Over 20 registered CIE schools in the state are expected to benefit from the decision.
